At Rajah Spices, we take pride in the quality of our authentic ingredients, but if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and sealed food products. Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and a brief explanation of why you wish to return the item.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the unopened spice jars or packets in their original shipping container to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return label to the package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the seal of the product, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
